Q: I was going to buy this, but the picture shows only 4 adjustable shelves (no description for this) ... Does it really only have 4?

The one i got it has 4 adjustable shelves but you can put it in the middle so that way you can put things on top and things on the bottom. I have tons of product fits in just great

Yes easy to assemble and disassemble. For easy cleaning and to change the height of the shelves

The top and bottom only have holes for the upright pieces that fit into them, so no.
