As effective as the brand name product at a fraction of the price
This works better at providing all-night cough suppression than other such medicines. Perhaps it's because the active ingredient is different, as noted on the label. It appears to be the same as Delsym, but costs far less. I'll keep buying it.

Just as good as the name brand cases. Taste is , well it’s mediocre but it easy to use and work pretty fast. Last as long as it should with zero sluggishness.
