Food Grade Silicone Egg Rings, Multicolor, 4 Pack, 4 Inch Molds

I used this for the first time to make an egg for my egg sandwich this morning. Had no problem with it other than a little leakage underneath, which was easy to fix. I cracked the egg into the ring that I'd placed in a well-greased pan, then moved the pan to the fire to begin cooking while my English muffin was toasting on the griddle. After noticing the leakage, I let that area cook, then when it was firm I cut it off with my spatula and stuck it in the ring on top. When the whole egg white was firm, I removed the ring and flipped the whole thing over to make sure it was thoroughly cooked. I did not experience any sticking at all at this point, so literally the only thing that wasn't perfect was the leakage, and that was easy to fix. My egg came out nicely cooked. Two reasons I really wanted these to work out: 1) Metal conducts heat so the metal ones with metal handles are going to be hot and require extra care to handle. 2) For just a bit over $1 each, you can hardly beat the price on this.

I used my 12 " non-stick frying pan with a little olive oil in it. I preheated it and placed three of the rings in the center. I was skeptical, thinking the would seep under the edges of the rings because because of the shape of the pan. Ther was a little seepage of eggwhite under one, but it was minimal. I was delighted! The egg rounds cooked nicely, and were shaped perfecly for my English muffin sandwitches with ham and cheese! A good investment. No complaints here!

Nice appearance and colors. Great value for the money. Versatile thickness to hold up to 2 medium eggs at a time. The handle makes it relatively easy to pickup after cooking. Sort of non-stick, sort of not, but relatively easy to clean.

These egg rings make a perfect fried egg for putting on a hamburger or other sandwich. The material is strong and flexible, so you can squeeze all four into a pan easily. The size is just right for a hamburger bun and these things are very easy to use; just butter or grease the pan, put the egg ring down (spraying a little cooking spray into it will help release the egg) and cook your egg. Once one side is cooked, pull the ring off with the attached handle and flip the egg to cook the other side. To clean the egg rings, just run them through your fingers in the sink to get rid of attached egg fragments, then drop them in the dishwasher.

Hit or Miss I purchased these silicone food rings to make homemade breakfast McMuffins. Some of the rings work well, but others do not keep the eggs contained inside the ring. The egg leaks underneath, which defeats the purpose. Overall, they are hit or miss. A few work great, but the quality and fit seem inconsistent.

They arrived a bit out of shape, stuffed into their box. Hoped heat would get them to sit flat on the pan, didn’t help. Tried all four and same results, eggs just run under the edges. Cheap quality, but you get what you pay for. Size is good and easy to clean, but don’t know how useful since it doesn’t actually hold in the egg.

This product just works. It is a game changer when it comes to cooking eggs as they always turn out perfectly cooked and perfectly shaped. I’ve used them both with a Teflon pan and a steel pan and the eggs turn out perfectly no matter which pan I use. I cook the eggs maybe 2 to 3 minutes on one side and then take the ring off flip the eggs and cook the eggs for maybe another minute or two and they come out beautifully. Perfect for making an egg McMuffin. I’ve seen reviews where people have complained about the eggs leaking through the ring, but I follow the instructions where they say lubricate the underside of the ring (I use butter or bacon grease if I’ve cooked bacon) where you’re going to put the egg and that will reduce any leakage

These were great for what I bought them for Makes eggs really well for egg English muffin muffins in the morning. I was at first concerned with the little parts that stick up but they fold down if you need them to I would recommend them

Not as firm as I thought it would be. Also the egg white does leak from the bottom
