So Therapeutic Salt-Air Pipe Inhaler

I received a completly different type of inhaler,yes it works just fine but I had my reasons for the one I ordered,i will keep the one I received ,but will always wonder if the different configuration might have worked better.

Although it cannot and should not replace a rescue inhaler for asthma sufferes, it is naature's way of reducing one's dependcy on medication with daily use. The salt does reduce inflammation and promotes healing of air passages. And I find it to be soothing - like spending some time at the beach. Explains why I always preferred beach vacations in Mexico or the Caribean, as opposed to skiing in Vermont or New Hampshire!

I've had asthma for years and tried everything under the sun, looking for a cure. I was hopeful this was it but not for me. It did temporarily lessen my asthma, loosened up the plem in the lungs but then I felt like the liquid never drained from my lungs for days afterwards, like I had pneumonia. I worry that others who try this may have the same problem and if their immune system isn't strong it may actually give them pneumonia.I have since tried two homeopathic remedies that I believe have lessened my asthma significantly. My natauralpathic doctor put me on Allerplex and Antronex by Standard Process. These are inexpensive remedies but don't expect immediate results. I was on 1 pill per day for 3 months before I noticed significant releif.

I have asthma so when Dr Oz recommended a salt pipe I couldn't get to my computer fast enough to find one This was just what I wanted, it has a rubber lid on the bottom so I don't have to place the pipe down without something to protect it and keep it clean. Not all of them come with a lid.It also has Himalayan salt included, so you don't have to buy your own, it lasts three years.When I asked my allergist about this salt pipe he recommended that I get it. So if you want to help your symptoms, I would say go get this salt pipe. The customer service at Solay is awesome besides!

After reading the benefits of salt inhalers I found several ones in the market. It was hard to make a decision with so many choices. I primarily based my decision on a product that was made in the USA, of good quality, and at an affordable price. This salt inhaler comes packaged in a plastic tube, which I like so I can keep my inhaler stored and protected there (note that I am not fond of plastic products). The inhaler comes filled with salt, and they also include an extra bag of salt. It looks to be well made and sturdy.

Has anyone used this for COPD? It concerns me that one lady got pneumonia from it. Yet, there are positive reviews too, what a quandary!

I had gone to a salt room and noticed a considerable difference even though it was only one week for 45 minutes. When I read up on the pipes, I decided to try them. I have purchased about 6 for others now. They are great! I keep one at work and while on a conference call, can use it throughout the day!

Hi there, so nice and calming to use, saw it on Dr. Oz. Sorry in the delay, it's been packed since we moved and just found it. I use it daily and makes it so much nicer when we have allergy season here in N. Az. and cold windy days. My nose gets stuffy and this does the trick.
