Clumsy spin design feels like a Barbie or board game accesdiry. Pills come falling out, get stuck in the small door opening. The entire top came off with minimal impact twice, spilling a weeks worth of pills. Totally disappointed; it's already in the recycling bin.

This works well for large vitamins, but is absolutely horrible for smaller pills. I take medications that are day sensitive. I bought this to take on a trip, when I brought it, my pills slid from day to day and were all mixed up.
