I have a gluten allergy which is not really a gluten allergy what I mean by that is your body can no longer produce small chain fatty acids which gives you gut problems because of it's inability to digest food correctly on its own. If I eat a sandwich I eat two of these first if I eat pasta I eat three of these first I don't see how they're effective for weight loss in any way but they are very effective in preventing any side effects from eating gluten. How do I know? I also have the very rare gluten rash lucky me LOL so if I eat gluten and don't eat these I get an a rash that looks exactly like eczema and it will drive you crazy and it won't go away it's very painful I don't get any rash any negative side effects whatsoever if I use these prior to eating anything with gluten. I wish they were cheaper seriously. Because I buy bottle after bottle because I'm sorry but I like to eat bread and pasta LOL but when you consider the side effects and the good it does for my overall gut health it's actually priceless so it's a great value for the money I would be lost without them. Again I wish they was cheaper is anybody listening LOL
