Overall this is a very nice set of hooks. I took away one star because it appears as if the far left hook is ever so slightly crooked, and two of the three crystal ball toppers were scratched or damaged (not so badly that I am going to return it however). I plan on using this set of hooks to hold my children's wet towels from showering. It will be so much better than the crumpled mess they usually leave them in on the floor! I like that this hook set is compact and can fit in smaller spaces. Great for someone who doesn't have a lot of wall space to utilize for hooks. This would be a great hook for anyone going off to College. Perfect to hang towels up, jackets, bags. Remember to either attach it to studs or use wall anchors. The crystal balls on top give it a nicer upscale look, and the metal casting itself is highly polished and looks high end. I have been looking for elegant hooks for a while now and these fit what I was looking for perfectly. The hooks arrived on time and in good condition. They come with screws, anchors, plastic washer and a cover for the screw. The screws are a decent length and look like they will secure the hooks to withstand the weight of heavy towels without issues. The little crystal balls took me a while to screw on properly but once on, they look amazing. At a close up look you can tell this is not an expensive metal hook with glass knobs; however, I received the elegant look at a fraction of the price. Also, there is a light stamp from the manufacturer on the front of the metal. It is a very small mark and it looks dull compared to the product. It is so small that I did not notice it until I was mounting the hooks to the wall.I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review. We purchased this coat rack for a specific purpose- to cover an imperfection in our bathroom wall- works perfectly and looks so nice! It is functional as the hooks are great to hold bathroom towels too! It is easy to install too! It came well protected and I did not find any issues with scratches or defects- which I appreciate!
