Solid construction, nice motion, easy to assemble and move. I was planning to set a very low resistance for seniors for longer sessions but AFAICT you can only adjust the stair height. The lowest setting is a bit hard for them so they do shorter sessions instead.

I have had the pink stepper from Sunny for a couple of years, and have put hundreds of miles on it; I upgraded to this one with handles today. It works great! It’s quiet, and works just as great as my old one. The handles are for mild steadiness, about as much as if you were holding the back of a chair. It’s really easy to put together. While it is not Bluetooth like the upgrade version, I can use my Apple fitness app and manually start a stepper workout on my watch. I have health issues so I use it 15 minutes as a time.

Based on reviews from several sites, I chose this stair stepper because I wanted the most low-cost, basic, simple, entry-level machine. After a few days, I'd say it fits the bill. While it doesn't have adjustable tension per se, the adjustment of the stair height acts in that capacity. It seems sturdy, although when you are NOT standing on it, be careful to not let it fall forward. The lateral motion is easy to get used to. Not sure if there is a scientific reason for it, but it feels reasonably natural. The counter does what you would expect: time, steps, calories.I'm overall satisfied but there is a CAVEAT that you won't learn about until you purchase the machine. It's not in the description, and it's not in the reviews at other sites: per the instructions, it can only be used for 15 minutes at a time, with a 30 minute rest period between uses. This is so the hydraulics don't burn out. Admittedly, there's no way I could go for longer than 15 minutes right now, but it's a bit cheesy that this issues isn't prominently mentioned. There are two of us, and we had hoped to use the machine sequentially, but now person #2 has to wait 30 minutes before it can be used again. So, this lowers the functionality score to 4 stars.On the surprisingly plus side is the assembly. Being made in China, this product was likely to come with the usual gibberish English that makes no sense. But no! The instructions are actually clear and easy to follow, with good labelling and all the parts necessary (also labelled). The company gets 5 stars for clarity.I will update this review after the machine has been in use to comment on durability and long-term performance.

I absolutely love this stepper!! I'm not sure why some people say it's a low quality stepper. 🤷‍♀️It's extremely sturdy and heavy duty. It goes together quite quickly and easily. The instructions are easy to read and to the point. I just wished I had purchased this sooner. I've used it for a few days now and can't believe what an awesome quad and glute workout I get. I'm in great shape and also a runner and I have to say I'm absolutely done after 15 min..the limit is a 15 min workout, then cool off time is 30 min. Anyone who can go longer than 15 min, is extremely fit! The only negative about it is if you want to restart the step counter, they say you have to take the battery out. I found another option that works..hold down the start button for about 5 seconds and it starts over with a clear screen wala easy fix! Overall I give this amazing stepper 5+ stars ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you can't go wrong with this one! Happy stepping!✌️🌞

Highly recommended if you’re someone tight on space and this provides a surprising amount of resistance.It came nearly assembled and I was working out with it the next 10 minutes after opening the box. Was looking for something exactly like this! It is sturdy and I never feel like i’m going to lose my balance not using the handles, making me engage my core. Great for hopping on and off if you want to burn some quick calories if you have free time in between tasks/chores. I’ve used this thing at least an hour a day since I got it a week ago and I could not be happier. I know my knees and ankles are thanking meIt is a fantastic value for the standard selling price but an absolute no brainer if you can get it on sale

Ok here goes:Assembly- the bulk of the machine comes assembled which is great! You basically need to attach the handle barSturdiness-/Quality- I’d say 50/50. The handle bar does have some wobble as if not tight but it is. The stepper did tip back on me once when I leaned to far back but I was able to just lean forward again and no issue came of it. Note to self do not lean far back. I was surprised at how tight the hydraulics are and it is a very slowwww step until the machine “warns”up. I didn’t read that of other reviewers so maybe just me.I did read all the directions and there is a note to only use the machine in 10 minute intervals to avoid the machine over heating- need 30min break of no use in between. That is a big downfall. But at 8mins my upper leg was feeling it so idk. I’m skeptical how much cardio one gets but since my docs say 10min intervals add up. I’ll keep going.The machine is nice and slim for small areas a definite plus. I’m using it inside for the winter as I’ve been too sedentary so it will doIt’s checks the boxes as I got it at a good sale price.

It appears to be a decent piece of machinery. Not cheap looking. Works smoothly. Not too heavy to move around. I thought it would be based on the box! My son put it together and I don’t think he had any problems with that. I haven’t used it a ton yet but I think it will give a decent work out. I like to walk but I live in the desert so soon it’s going to be too hot, I’m hoping this will get me through the summer. I’ve got it set fairly low right now and it’s good enough for me, but I think if you tighten it up it will be a little more challenging (I’m an old lady 🤣)

Der Aufbau wird dort brillant beschrieben.. für alle denen das Gerät zu wackelig ist, empfehle ich es einfach gegen eine Wand einen Tisch, einen Stuhl oder einen anderen festen Gegenstand zu stellen. Damit hat man das Problem sofort beseitigt. Ich finde es aber nicht störend..
