This is a 5x3' tapestry print of IMAMU, the great lion. He stands poised at the gates of the void. His eternal growl, a deep guttural baseline echoing in the darkness. His vibrating intent coalesces, standing waves manifesting your reality and your path. May his voice and stoic gaze bring you relentless courage and strength. Imamu means "spiritual leader" in Swahili, the language spoken where my mother was born. I've had the pleasure of meeting and receiving guidance from this magnificent beast, in painting this archetypal rendition of him I intend to pass on his guidance to others. His lesson was simple, follow your true calling. Do what you know, deep in your heart, you are here to do. Do it with every ounce of your being, don't let anything stand in your way. And most of all, have fun! Destiny awaits. Each tapestry is set with two grommets for easy hanging. Take it to festivals, wear it as a cape, hang it on your walls, or fly it high from the rooftops. The lion will protect you and watch over you, lending you his power.
