The light arrived broken the whole reason I purchased it. I had requested to return just the light portion since I already opened the rest but never heard back. The lease works fine but I could've bought a retractable leash anywhere you can tell the light wasn't properly sodered.

Love this thing! The only problem is the flashlight is a bit cheap and tends to not work at times... But I saw this same thing at Pet Smart for TONS more $$$! I got my flashlight working and I'll be ordering a second one for my other dog. Overall, I would recommend this product.

Where the light and bag is an awesome addition the stopping mechanism is horrible. You have to press it twice to release so its quite different than most. Most you press and it stops when you release it releases not so with this one. We had it for 3 weeks and it is already breaking I waited too long to send back. This may work well for dogs that have already been trained but not for dogs you are training as they tend to pull more and need more direction. We had to buy another leash and put this one on the shelf

This is a very handy dog leash. Very sturdy construction. Flashlight, dog leash, and potty bags all-in-one gadget. Nice for taking a nighttime stroll in the neighborhood with your pooch.I have used this a few times since I received it. I have a pit bull and he likes to drag me everywhere and it actually did a good job for me. I didn't get my hands rope burnt thankfully because of the handle. Very easy to grip. Also, I was a little concerned the locking feature wouldn't hold up to his pulling and tugging, but it has done a great job so far.I took photos for you to view. The last photo is of the thickness of the leash. Yes, I was nervous about that as well, but I am very surprised at how sturdy the cord is. Not a bad purchase by any means and I would recommend this to friends and family.I received this item at a free/discounted rate inn exchange for my fair, honest, and unbiased opinion.I hope this review has been helpful to you.

While this has all the featers I wanted, the leash often got stuck and now (less than 2 mos later) cannot be released, and the attached flashlight never stays in the holster - it has cracked frim the first fall. Weak plastic, cheap product.

Great product with one exception. The flat line that extends out sometimes gets twisted and will not go back in without pulling it out and straightening out the line then rewinding. Otherwise works well?
