To be blunt, these are great for the genital area
I love these. To be completely blunt, I got these for the gel flexibility and size to use in my vaginal area to help with cooling the burn of yeast infections caused by antibiotics and also for heating the pain away associated with an inflamed cyst that spread to my inner thigh. These are the PERFECT size for that area. They freeze and heat quickly and there are enough to keep a constant rotation out if you need persistent cooling from the freezer. Once they are no longer cold, I just go put it back and in freezer and get a different one. They have a medical-type of fiber backing on one side as well that you can use to place over clothes/bandages or you can wrap them up if you wish.

Quality Product
These IceWraps are wonderful, so far. They feel durable and do as I need them to do for existing conditions. Also, the cloth side really helps as a barrier between the extreme cold. I would recommend buying these if you need ice/heat for smaller parts of your injured/pained body. Thank you and happy trails.

Received my order on time. Items are as expected. Bought these because of the cloth backing. I'm sure my daughter won't hesitate using these when she has a boo boo. The cloth backing won't be as cold compared to a regular ice pack which she uses with a dry wash cloth.

Great little ice packs
I love these little guys. I just use an ace bandage to hold them exactly where I need them and they work great. They give just the right amount of cold for the recommended 20 minutes when wrapped with an ace bandage.

Great for toddler boo-boos
Anyone else with a toddler who requires an ice pack for anything and everything? The slightest boo-boo and she screams for an ice pack. These are perfect size and shape for kids.

Great for all the little booboos
My kids gets little bumps and bruises every now and then. There's nothing that calms them down faster than an ice pack. These ice packs are just the right size and shape for the job

These are great for little kids. I ordered blue ones to use them cold and pink ones as warm gel packs. They don't stay cold/hot for very long, but you get 5 gel packs in an order, so you can swap them out as needed. And they heat up fast in a microwave oven to use them as warm gel packs.
