So, I'm not sure what to make of this latest trend of sellers e-mailing through Amazon to thank me for my purchase, offer support, and ask for reviews. On the one hand, it's good to buy something and feel that the seller is appreciative of my business. On the other hand, the solicitations for reviews (especially the ones who unabashedly beg for 5 star reviews) are getting a bit wearisome. Gizmomate is very respectful in their requests for a review (and their product does indeed merit a good one) and they don't ask for 5 stars -- just that I share my experience with their product with my fellow Amazonians. And, most importantly, (and the reason why I haven't unsubscribed from Amazon's seller e-mails) is that they add the following to the end of their e-mails which goes a long way toward assuring me that I made a wise purchase:"PS: Our customer support doesn't end with your purchase. If you have any questions or need help with your order, let us know by replying to this email. We are here to serve you and want to make sure you're a happy customer :-)"But, to be sure, I haven't had a need to take them up on their offer of customer support because this electric stapler has, so far, performed flawlessly. I've had it for about a month now and have used it probably around 30 or so times. It is solidly built and has not struggled to staple through anything I've tried yet. And, it's actually kind of fun. I've even looked for more things that I can staple with it. At the end of the day though, it's a tool and one that I believe is going to hold up well.

The delay is going to take some getting used to!! It first makes a noise before stapling. That is just different than what I have had before. It does staple very well and I like the low, slim look. Looks great on my desk. The staples seems to fold over just fine on anything up to the 25 sheets that it is made for. The adjustable throat is a little loose. If i slide the paper in too hard it tends to move back a little each time. I might add some tape to prevent that from happening. The stapler does a great job on 25 sheets of paper as long as they are very smooth and flat. We use a lot of scale tickets which have the glue from triplicate forms which makes it more difficult to slide in the throat - they are a little curled and thicker on the top edge. . Would prefer the front to be sloped all the way across so it would guide the stack into the throat rather than hang up on the silver stapler part itself. Overall it is a good stapler for the price.

I LOVE this stapler. I needed a high-capacity stapler for the contracts I prepare. Even good quality manual staplers can't handle the load I give them. But this stapler handles everything! I absolutely love that it's battery operated. The batteries are very easy to change out, if ever you need to. The batteries last a long time. The stapler is easy to handle - easy to pick up, not bulky. I really like that I can change the stapling depth . Sometimes you'd want the staples close to the edge of the paper, sometimes you'd like it a little deeper. It also takes standard staples, which is a great bonus. And you can use different sized staples - a real plus.Honestly, I cannot find anything negative to say about this stapler. As a matter of fact, I brought the stapler to my friend's house to use when she had medical files to work through. I only intended to let her borrow it, but I decided to let her have it and I ordered another one for myself.As you can tell, I very highly recommend this stapler. It's worth every penny of the price. You will be pleasantly surprised at just how much you fall in love with this stapler if you buy one.

Many times you get asked to review stuff right after you get it, I typically ignore most of those requests until I have more time using the product. I have only had this stapler for a couple days so I only gave it a four star review because I just don't know about durability yet. So far I have been very impressed with how it is working. Small things in life sometimes make a big difference, I am currently waiting for my new office to get finished and I am temporarily using a very small area and just being able to staple papers together with one hand (off to my one side) instead of having to reach across my desk with both hands or bring the stapler closer and still use two hands and now have it in the way in between using it, makes all the difference! If this stapler gives me any problems I will repost a review, but so far, from just two pieces to many (probably more than they suggest), it has worked fine.

I love this. It is as quick and efficient as I had hoped. I was concerned that it would be one of those staplers with a slight delay before it staples; believe it or not, that would slow me down quite a bit with the amount of papers that I push at work, but I am well pleased to say it’s instant!I will say it’s a tad top heavy but mine is on my computer desk where I’m the only one who passes it or uses it, so that’s a non-issue to me as I’ve only knocked it over twice so far. Just don’t bump it.

I have only had this new stapler for a few days and only had occasion to use it a couple of times. If is very responsive and has several depth settings which is a definite plus for me. It is much easier to use than the one I have been using for years. So far it is working great. The delivery was timely and product packaged carefully. It is so nice to have a working stapler as the one I have been using died a couple of weeks ago.

I purchased this stapler to use at school which begins soon. So far, I used it only a few times at home, and it has been great. In this time of Covid 19, a touchless stapler that works well is a necessity. I think this product will fit the bill.
