As someone who takes health and fitness seriously as a hobby, I’ve tried a lot of BCAA supplements over the years-and this one has earned a permanent spot in my routine. The 7g of BCAAs plus 2.5g of L-Glutamine per serving is exactly what I need for post-workout recovery. I’ve noticed less soreness and quicker muscle repair after weight training and HIIT sessions. It’s sugar-free, which is a huge plus, and mixes easily with water-no clumping, no gritty texture. The taste is surprisingly good for a product with no sugar, and it doesn’t leave that artificial aftertaste that some other powders do. I also appreciate that it’s suitable for both men and women, and that they keep the ingredient list clean and focused. This is my go-to intra-workout supplement. I use it during both weight training and cardio sessions, and even a couple scoops the morning after a night of partying a little too hard. The grape flavor is amazing, though it mixes as more of a grey-purple color. Even on days that I've had multiple two-scoop servings I haven't noticed any intestinal issues (which is something a lot of workout supplements cause for me) so I can vouch for the fact that its easy on the stomach. I've gone through several tubs of this stuff and plan on continuing its use for the foreseeable future. The only thing I will say that's negative is that I've stay away from the "Orange Dream" flavor (it tasted too much like salted oranges; not good). All of the other flavors appear to be on-point.

It was a good product, it kept me energized and tasted good, but it was too sweet. After a while, the powder stuck to me and it became like it was out of date, even though it hadn't expired yet.

I’ve always taken BCAA’s to support my workouts, both before and during. I think they’re great to keep me hydrated throughout and keep me going through longer workouts when I haven’t eaten much before. XTEND has the best ingredients and flavors, and I love that I can buy it in bulk like this to save on some of the cost.

The biggest attribute to call out for this is the L-Glutamine that is in this drink. It is very rare to find a BCAA drink that has this so I hope this stays around till I stop working out and chugging water. Good taste and surprisingly doesn’t leave a weird “no sugar” after taste which is a plus.

These contain more of the other minerals needed, so definitely a win for me. The grape is good, so is watermelon.

Bought every month. Great brand and product. Check if u are using other products that have the same aminos in the same quantity so u dont buy if u dont need them cause it aint cheap. But it works

It's cheaper to get it in a bigger bottle. Have been drinking it, tastes good!
