Love it
I bought 3 new small flashlights to compare: the EverBrite CREE LED Flashlight 200 Lumen, the DLTND Flashlight, Super Bright 300 Lumen, and this one, the Fire Ant PT320. Of the 3 the Fire Ant is easily my favorite and I'm going to buy another one. It's so much better that I don't want to bother with the other ones. The EverBrite says its a CREE LED as does the Fire Ant. But the EverBrite's light pattern and brightness look like an old fashioned 1950's bulb (in terms of illumination pattern). The DLTND is nice and small (over an inch shorter and much thinner. It says it runs on either Single AA Battery or a 14500 Rechargeable. I don't have a 14500 and the AA only powers it very dimly. Maybe I'll get a 14500 and see what it can do, but be prepared to be disappointed with a AA. On the other hand the Fire Ant is the only truly new tech flashlight of the 3. The wide angle mode casts a bright solid circle of light with zero refraction variations in the light pattern at all. This is the first time I've seen this in a flashlight and it's impressive. Plus the zoom mechanism is easy and smooth - just the right amount of resistance - and the zoomed spot pretty clean (very little light outside of the small zoom target). And I like that the Fire Ant doesn't bother with 3 modes: High, low, strobe like the other two. It's a pain that I don't need. Go Fire Ant!

Freakishly Bright!
This is an excellent flashlight: EXTREMELY bright. It has five different modes: high, medium, low, strobe and SOS. You click the button on the bottom to change modes. It switches to off between each mode. You can also zoom by sliding the lens cap forward. The zoom is really good and controllable unlike some other flashlights. Zoomed to its narrowest setting you can clearly see the square LED array. It’s the perfect size and fits nicely into your hand. It appears to be pretty tough. I’ve dropped several times with no harm. Unlike incandescent bulbs you can’t break the LED by dropping it. You get a whopping four hours on the high setting and much more on the lower settings.CONSIt's kind of a hassle to switch through all the modes to get to the mode you want, having to switch to off between each mode. That’s ten clicks to cycle all the way through. It takes three AAA cells which is an odd number. For my rechargeable batteries you have to charge in pairs; this means I have to leave a battery out when recharging and remember that it has to be recharged the next time I have to recharge an odd number of batteries.Don’t look directly into the flashlight up close: it will temporarily blind you and could damage your eyes! The pros definitely outweigh the cons. I highly recommend this flashlight.

Good light for the money.
This is a great flashlight for the money. Bright and adjustable. I have more expensive flashlights that I use for hunting and my go bag but for an everyday use around the house it is good.

Best little flashlight
My flashlight just died. It lasted 3 years of abuse, cold heat and water. I used this flashlight as a quality monitor so it was on several hours a day. Cant wait to buy again!

It only some what bright when it's super focused. I feel the reviews are not truthful
I just got the light. It is not bright at all. It is nowhere near 300 Lumens. It only some what bright when it's super focused. I feel the reviews are not truthful!

This Is My Second Ant Flashlight
I liked the first Ant flashlight so much I bought a second one. Excellent quality, especially for the price. I've gotten flashlights for about the same price that were much more cheaply made, with a less bright light.

Great!
I have had this light for a few months. Very bright. Easy to use. What I needed. I am thinking about buying 2 more to keep in the vehicles.

BRIGHT!
I was replacing another LED flashlight with nine bulbs that also ran on 3 AAA batteries. With one LED bulb, this one is MANY times brighter, and with an adjustable beam. Definitely worth the price.
