Fixed Blade Knife, Fine, Drop, 7-15/16 in

it is a good back up knife. keep it in my backpack .

Great knife. That said, I prefer a more secure sheath. Keeping the knife, tossed the sheath.

I have two of these knives by Gerber. One is an EDC and the other is in my vehicle. I love ergonomics of this particularly knife. Solid, simple and clean. I only wish Gerber would make this model in a larger size. I use it add a back up in my pack and I've done bushcraft with the blade, feathered, batoned and even skinned with it. Excellent value and exceptionally great knife for detail work. An all around task blade for anyone looking to have Gerber quality at a great price.

Balance was nice when throwing,tip broke or chipped a little with several throws to a flat board,cutting was well,easily sharpening,sheath is nice, did not come with any chain or paracord to tie for neck hanging,over all nicely priced neck knife.

great knife for the price. The sheath is designed for all around carry, and is very durable. However, when you purchase this knife, be sure to file the notch on the blade side interior of the case. Otherwise retrieval of the knife is almost impossible. The knife itself is very durable, and the paracord can be removed for either use or to be replaced. The unique hole placement in the handle of the knife allows the knife to be tied to a stick to make a spear. Only downside to this knife is that i had to sharpen mine straight out of the package. Other than that small flaw, i would highly reccomend purcase of this knife.

I found that upon arrival the knife itself was nice however the sheath barley holds the knife I would not trust to wear this while doing anything I bought this as a back up to my daily carry and I like to carry my knives in the scout position which for those of that don't know what that is it carried sideways on the back of your belt of on the side for easier deployment and due to the way the sheath doesn't hold this knife in place I can't carry it so I may be either returning it or just throwing in a drawer and use it as whatever knife but definitely will not be carrying it

Great Knife for the money!

全長２０㎝、刃で９㎝ほどグリップは巻くパラコードにより握った感じは左右されますが最初からついてきているオレンジのパラコードでは少し細く感じました箱出しの切れ味は自重だけで爪にうっすら後が残る程度なのでそれなりに切れますシースはちゃんとまっすぐに入れないと刃側の部分が少し浮いて隙間ができるので注意ロック機能などはなく、純粋にブレードが引っかかって固定されるタイプですかなり固いのでなんどか抜き差しして馴染ませてから使うほうがいいメインで使うには小さいナイフなので、別で大きめのナイフを用意しておくといいかもしれない

・鋼材説明では５Cr15Movとあるが、他のショップのデータを見るとハイカーボン鋼だったり、９Cr19MoVと表記されたりしており、よくわかりません。間違いなくチャイニーズステンレスの何かなのですが、正体は不明です。・刃研ぎ直しが必要です。あまり硬く感じなかったので、５Cr15MoVあたりなのかな？対摩耗性はよくないかもしれませんが、研ぎなおしは楽です。・パラコードODのパラコードに巻きなおしました。少し長めに残してストラップっぽく編みこみ、すこしでも長いパラコードを携行できるようにしました。最初から巻かれているパラコードは１メートルちょっとなので、いざというときには短すぎます。（ODのパラコードを巻くと、ミリタリーなニオイがするナイフになります）・ケースしっかりはまります。抜くときに力が要ります。なお、ケースの穴にカラビナをつけて、ナイフのパラコードを長めにして引っ掛けるように脱落防止をしました。野外活動中に落とすのはいやですからね。・総評軽くてコンパクト。バックアップ用のナイフに最適では？？

元々ガーバーのフォールディングを所持しておりシースタイプを物色していたところ、こちらを発見購入しましたオレンジのパラコードがオシャレで一目惚れだったのですが、実物を手に取ると細いですね。可能なら太めのパラコードと交換する予定です

安くてカッコいいです。また、パラコードは自分の好きな色に巻き替えれるのも良いですね。シースもガッチリしていて、抜き差しにストレスは感じません。ただ、切れ味は非常に悪いため、研ぎ直しは必須です。

パラコードのハンドルに野性味を感じ、野遊びする際のお供として購入してみました。箱出し状態では“ナイフの形をした鉄板”ですので、研ぎが必用です。『即戦力』なナイフではありませんが、刃物を研ぐ練習には良いと思います。木を削りやすい角度にするため粗研ぎでしのぎを削りましたが、結構時間がかかりました。ハンドルのパラコードも好みのコードで編み直し、結果的には愛着のある一本となりました。
