This is a good file buffer, except it doesn't tighten around the shaft. I've used the little wrench that's included, but no amount of turning, tightens it at all. At the slightest tip the bit falls out. I can't find a way to contact seller. It works well, except that the bit wants to fall out. It's probably just a defect. Otherwise, I would be very happy with it.

Dangerous. Cheap. Unreliable.
Do NOT Buy It!!! I was very careless and bought it without any reviews on January 30 and it broke by the end of April. I used it only 3 times to remove my gel nails (and as you can guess, I did not apply excessive pressure, I used it at the lowest speed possible, did not misuse it). Suddenly, I got bright flush where drill connects to the cord, terrible smell of burning plastic and it stopped working. Hey, those of you who make this piece of junk that can burst in your customer hands, how is it possible that your "reliable" file becomes a small bomb that can leave me with mutilated fingers even when I follow all your instructions and use it at the lowest speed (3000 RPM)?

Doesn't live up to the description!!!
The description says:" powerful drill designed for professional nail technicians. This a reliable machine made with high quality." It worked great the 1st time I used it. On the 2nd time the variable speed quit. So I only had high speed. My 3rd time -I'm sitting at my nail desk, filing the tops of my nails getting ready to do my fills, all of a sudden, a very bright flash all my lights went out. Purchased Jan 29 and blew up on Feb 28. $35.00 wasted. By the way, I'm a professional nail tech.

This is a complete waste of money and a sham!! Professional my you-know-what!! It's worth about $1.50 at most and these people are just fraudsters! I can no longer remove the bit and I haven't had it very long, nor have I used it much!! Those who cheat others will get their comeuppance! Always!
