A little on the small side
I got this little box to add to my rat cage for enrichment. It is a bit smaller than I expected, but the quality is much better than I expected. Overall a very nice item

Fast Shipping, Well Made
First of all I’ve had a great overall experience! The item shipped and arrived quickly and even beat its expected delivery date!! (Love when that happens!)Second, It came nicely wrapped with everything necessary for cage placement together an even had a cute customer appreciation card :)Third, it is pretty solid and seems well-made, which is great considering it had a low price and I was concerned about that.Side Notes:1. It was a little smaller than what I expected, however this is NOT the sellers fault as they did list the dimensions—it’s just in my head it was slightly bigger.2. Small, but sturdy.
A bit small for rats, but sturdy enough to hold them and works as a step up to a larger shelf. Would be better for something smaller if used by itself.

Definitely a lot smaller than picture makes it out to be. Would be great for a parakeet but nothing larger.

Perfect for chinchilla
Bought this for my very curious, but cautious 3 month old chinchilla and he LOVES it. Could barely finish screwing it onto the cage before he jumped up onto it and started immediately nibbling. Usually takes him awhile to get used to new toys or items in the cage. But he loved this from the minute I put it in!

Perfect size for an adult rat

Smaller than it looks like, maybe good for some small mouse, max gerbil but not for guinea pig

Good for small rodent, like hamster or baby rat
It’s ok, but not for too long. Once the roddent marks it, u can’t wash away the smell completely from the wooden item. It’s too small for adult rat. Good size for baby rat or hamster.

Made with nails and very small
I recieved this item, not only was it very small (bunny or Chinchilla will not fit comfortably)I did not receive the hardware to attach to the cage. The most concerning part is it's made with nails. I only noticed because on of the nails was sticking out in the ledge. Very dangerous for pets that are chewers.
