THUMBS UP
It really does help combat the swelling / pain - holds the cold compress in place on the knee with velcro straps. The cold compresses are not the easiest to insert. I'm interested in seeing how long the compresses last before getting a hole in it. I hope replacement compresses will be available.

A bit disappointing but OK
I have the KB elbow cold cure wrap and it's a 5 star product. This knee wrap is not as good. The gel pack doesn't fit into the mesh pocket as well as the elbow wrap and there is a lot of loose fabric on the other [non-mesh] side of the gel pack. Still, it does get my knee cold tho not as much on the sides as I'd like. I'd give it 3 1/2 stars if that was possible.

Love King Brand products
I'm really happy to see some King Brand products on Amazon now. I purchased the elbow ColdCure wrap and the elbow Blood Flow Stimulating Therapy (BFST) heat wrap several months ago directly through King Brand, and they were wonderful in healing my elbow tendonitis which I had not been able to get under control before then. And with a recent diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis and IT band syndrome, I knew exactly what I would get for my knee, and was so happy to see the ColdCure knee wrap on Amazon now. I have been using it a couple of weeks now and the pain and swelling have been reduced significantly. I would love it if the King Brand BFST heat wrap for the knee were to be added to Amazon, as I plan to get that later. King Brand (Canadian based) products are expensive, but for good reason -- excellent quality. They offer a "basics" consumer line and a top end line. I got the top end products, as they have adjustable Velcro-type closures and I just decided to go for the professional medical quality level. King Brand also has excellent treatment information on their website kingbrand.com.

Helps some with knee pain.
Bought for my basketball playing daughter who has issues with swelling around her kneecap. She thinks it helps a bit but it's a hassle to get the ice packs inserted just right.

so this product is fantastic to provide uniform cold over the knee that is ...
Just received the product so I can't rate how well cold will work for my therapy. I haven't tried anything else except the knee product. Previously I was using freezer ice packs and ace bandages, so this product is fantastic to provide uniform cold over the knee that is not too cold to allow a 20 min on off treatment. Depending on what part of the knee is hurting sometimes I flip the wrap upside down to allow a more specific coverage of the area. I have been able to walk a little slowly (TV to bathroom) leaving the wrap on. Agree with others that putting the ice pack is a little clumsy, but the flap dos hold the cool pack in securely. All in all very happy with the product.

Love this knee wrap
Cold cure knee wrap helped me so much when I injured ny knee. My knee twisted and locked on me suddenly and I was in excruciating pain. I immediately iced it with an ice pad I was given by my chiropractors during a prior visit. It didn't wrap around my knee like cold cure. I looked on Amazon and found the cold cure wrap and ordered it and it was less cumbersome than my ice pad. In a few days I was on the way to healing. My pain was gone and I was able to get around and go see my doctor. My sister has used this wrap as she has arthritis and she loves it. Great product.

works great, keeps cold where you need it
works great, keeps cold where you need it. inserts are a little hard to get into pockets though, especially when the insert is fresh out of freezer.
