SIMPLY AWESOME!!! Best solution ever!!!
Finally a comfortable way to haul a friend around! The seat can hold a very overweight person, no trouble. It really lives up to the hype - the cushioned seat is fantastic, and the backrest makes it super comfortable. It has an extremely sturdy and solid feel to the whole unit. Plus the place to rest your feet is comfy and safe. We have it on the back of an electronic bike so I needed to get the upgrade on the foot rests, so I was confused and I have to say, the customer service was better than I've experienced on any amazon product. He taught the installer guy how to do it! hello?!! who does that these days?? awesome eh?! anyway, we LOVE ours and wished they'd had this years ago. Would definitely recommend.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY
This seat is made for an older type bicycle that DOES NOT have a quick release wheel. If your bicycle cost more than $500 and is very light than most likely it will have Quick Release a mechanism on the back wheel and this will NOT mount on it.I also found the storage compartment to be extremely hard to open and it takes a lot of messing around to get that key to work.

I have been having fun with this well built sturdy seat.However the hinges to open and close the storage compartment broke with less than a month of use.For the price of this unit I thought they could have made that hinge less brittle.So be delicate opening and closing the storage compartment and have fun ridding doubles in your bike :)

Important for EBike users
The product overall is super awesome. The only problem I had was that it was not clear that if own an ebike with a cable leading into the hub, you absolutely need to order their specialized foot pegs for an additional $40. Also, if you happen to have an ebike with fat tires, you will need to order and or make shims for the foot pegs. The reason for this is because the bottom of the seat box will rub on the tire. Overall I am excited to use this fantastic product. I just wish they would be a bit more forthcoming about the requirements for an ebike.

Worth the extra money over a cheap kids seat. Comfortable, well built, can still hang saddle bags from the sides.

Buyer beware, Cheap plastic lock.
Lock broke within a couple days. Hard to believe they didn’t build the locking tab better it’s made of plastic. Smh had to return for full refund.

Friggin Great!!!!!
I was going to build two 500 watt electric bikes but I saw this and built a 1000 watt and my wife ride's with me. We are in key West and are passing mopeds. Ha ha it's so funny when they see us zoom by. Great product. A 48v 30 amp battery fits in the locked compartment under the seat too. Win, win!

Kind of dangerous
Especially if you have road bike, to turn and difficult to get on and off. Not a good product.
