EBBO Replacement for HP 950XL 951XL
The item arrived earlier than expected. I have an HP Officejet Pro 8620 and the cartridges did fit a little snug, but went in place without a struggle, and all colors work perfect. I did get the printer message saying they weren't HP cartridges, but all I did was click "OK" and the printer worked just fine. I do normal printing with color and b/w, not a lot of photos or pamphlets, etc. These ink cartridges are more than okay for my everyday use and you just can't beat the price. I will definitely be ordering more of the EBBO ink cartridges for future use. I want to add that their customer service is very good as well. I had forgot to write my review after initially using them and the company emailed me asking if the cartridges were satisfactory and if there was anything they could do for me. I don't know of very many companies that bother to take the time to make sure their customers are satisfied without being contacted first! Thank you, EBBO and Amazon, for making it affordable to replace otherwise ridiculously expensive ink from the manufacturer!UPDATE: Sept. 21, 2016 - I have used the cartridges to print approximately 20 copies and I started getting a message on my printer saying "cartridge is damaged" and it specified one color and wouldn't allow me to print. I removed the one color and put it back in, hoping that would resolve the issue. Nope, it then told me another cartridge was damaged. I was mad at first, but I did some research and found this information that explains what happened. (Your anger is misplaced.....it HP's fault....they maliciously sent out updates via wifi to disable aftermarket cartridges. Read this: [...]) BE SURE TO TURN OFF AUTO UPDATE. It all made sense because I had tried to refill my original HP ink cartridges (before I purchased these refills) and the printer kept telling me that they were older generation cartridges, which really confused me because they were genuine HP cartridges, but it wouldn't allow me to print. Now I get it! I will never buy another HP printer as long as I live! I am going to contact EBBO to see if they are willing to replace the cartridges with the "new chips" that HP is now putting on their own ink cartridges so that you can't refill their older ones and many of the various refill cartridges currently available are still using the old chips, which renders them useless too. IF YOU BUY "ANY" REFILL CARTRIDGES, MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE "NEW" HP CHIPS!UPDATE 10-13-16: I meant to write this update a few weeks ago, but better late than never. First, I would like to say that EBBO has excellent customer service! I was going to write to them to inquire about the problem I incurred with their refill cartridges and to inform them of the information I became aware of, especially being that I had made my original purchase from them 2 weeks earlier. Instead, before I had the chance to do anything, EBBO customer service had already written to me explaining the exact information I had found, AND they were already offering to replace my purchase free of charge with the new chips that do work if I would simply take a picture of the original chip with the stated number on it and upload it to them, which I gladly did. lol My new cartridges were sent out the next day! The replacements with the new chip work great! Talk about awesome customer service that's hard to find in this day and age! They have a new, loyal customer for sure!

Avoid this manufacturer.... cartridges are designed to fail after return period and no customer support
UPDATE:Customer service was nice and sent me replacement cartridges.... I finally was able to get them installed.... busy time of year. Sadly, they work no better than the other ones..... see pics after level 3 print cleaning cycle. Now what to do? Any suggestions to get the ink cartridges to actually work as they should?OriginalOK... when first purchased, worked great!! After about a month, it started to print with lines in it. Cleaned printheads and got a little bit better. I dont print much, so about a month later, it started printing with lines all over it. Printhead cleaning up to level 3 had no effect. Tried to contact EBBO support but got no feedback. After about 8 more cleanings of level 3, I was able to get an "ok" print.... but then realized that the colors were "off". Have been unable to get this fixed and have had no response from EBBO support. Yellow is green, Magenta is purple and Blue is teal. At this point, I will have to go buy new ink cartridges. Just checked cartridges... they are around 80% full. So this has been a complete waste of money, a waste of my time, a waste of ink, a waste of paper.

After much apprehension SUPER GREAT PURCHASE AND PRICE
My printer ran out of the magenta color and I wasn't aware that I had to purchase and change all of the colors even if only was was empty. Staples had the replacement cartridges for a super high price. So whenever something is not in my price range at a retail store I come to Amazon. I found these non hp replacement cartridges on Amazon for a great price and although super apprehensive about buying them, after reading the reviews I just took the chance and brought them and very glad that I did. They came super fast and work just good as the hp brand. Will definitely buy again when I run out. Oh I forgot to mention that I order these two months ago and they are still going strong. Another great and super affordable purchase on Amazon.

The inks work well except for the magenta so far when the magenta is notused even for a day and I print the the color is almost like the red andblack are mixed together cause it gets that dark and when I clean the printheads the magenta clears up; it's almost looks like a formulation issue withthat color and the only other issues I've seen is the Black cartridge goesin rather hard in the ink cartridge slot. I've tried some oem ones and theygo in just fine and the colors are perfect but these are the only two issuesI've found. I'll give you a good review but these are the two issues I'vefound with your cartridges. The reman I've gotten from YoYo work great andyours I feel will settle down. But I will go to the link and give you a goodreview.I wouldly gladly order these cartridges again nothing is perfect and especially me and so I don't look for ink cartridges to be perfect either. This is a great company and willing to make the customer happy and I look forward to my next order of ink from this company.
