We bought this zip line as a way to bring more fun and a little thrill to our backyard—and it delivered! Here’s a quick breakdown of our experience: ✅ Best Part of the Product It’s fun for everyone! Our kids are having a blast, and even the adults are getting in on the action. It rides smooth, feels incredibly sturdy, and the spring brake at the end is longer than expected—in a good way. It slows riders down safely and makes every zip feel secure. 🛠 Installation We’re not particularly handy, but installation only took us a couple of hours from start to finish. Honestly, it was so simple it made me a little nervous—but it’s solid as a rock. Once up, it feels extremely strong and safe. 🤔 Something to Consider The rubber tubing was the trickiest part. Feeding the wire through it was a pain, and we ended up cutting it in half to make it work—which turned out just fine. It’s definitely a necessary part of the setup for safety, but be prepared for that step to take the most time. 💸 Overall Value For the price, this is an amazing way to add adventure and excitement to your outdoor space. It’s well-built, family-friendly, and 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

The turnbuckles that we had (which came with it) snapped and we need to purchase more - But we need to know the size of the turnbuckle. Can you please let us know what it is?? The Zipline is fantastic & we loved it - we used it for 5 days before the turnbuckles broke.

Bearings don’t last very long. Needed to get new ones already but very fun!

My grandkids love it! We set it up between pine trees at our cabin and the yard is now a fun playground for them. The like is easy to install and its easy to use (just don’t place it too steep or you’ll definitely come down too fast and hard!)

Nice quality but alot of work and hard to install it to get the cable tight enough. My grandson loved it and played on it all day

The zip line appears to be excellent...just hooked it up for the grandkids, and they had fun with it. The only criticism we would make is the lack of instructions pertaining the safety belt, and whatever the black straps with loops is for...we are using it to pull kids back with, but there is no info as to what it is actually meant to be used for. Again, seems sturdy...somewhat easy to install, but does take time and multiple hands...as to the durability, well we just put it up and did a few runs, so time will tell...I had to give it a 5 star rating on the durability because the site wouldn’t put the review on without that part filled in and I didn’t want to low ball it because, like I said, 4 hours up and so far it’s a hit...but time will tell

Snapped with a child on it on the 3rd ride. It was installed by a licensed contractor so I know that wasn’t the problem. Someone is going to get hurt.
