Do these show grayish scratch marks from cutlery after they've been used for a while?

I use my dishes everyday. I show a few scratches but no gray marks. To remove gray marks from my china, I use a mild abrasive. Bar keepers Friend is my choice, it works great on sinks as well as china.

In what country are these plates made?

Royal Doulton is a British company and the plates say London on the bottom, but I can't be sure otherwise.

What size are the bowls and can they be bought separately to add to the set ?

22 oz cereal bowl, 15 oz mug, 9.? small plate, 11.? dinner plate. Yes they can be bought separately. Depending on the pattern you have some are easier then others to find. After searching Amazon and not finding the item I was searching for I found an outlet store in Central Valley, New York(Woodbury Center) What's great about this location is they just made this also a Warehouse Store. Google search it, they also carry Waterford.
