Works well
Rechargeable battery and is still working so I'm giving it 5 stars for battery life. I use it when I mow the lawn and other yard work. I also use it when I'm sitting on my deck reading. Southeastern VA gets pretty darn hot and the cooling breeze against my sweaty face feels wonderful. Also works well for sweaty armpits and under the boob sweat.

Great battery life and cools you off!
These helped us survive a 4 day music fest with temps over 90°f each day. Portopotties in the hot Florida sun can get over 110° so having a fan around my neck kept me from passing out. These weren't as heavy as fans I've had in the past, no problem keeping around my neck all day. Batteries lasted for all four days running the fan a few hours a day. Highly recommend these.

Great for hot flashes
A friend recommended this to help relieve hot flashes and it has been a big help. Sometimes I need something more powerful but that couldn’t be worn around the neck. I do get some questions about what I have around my neck. I have had to change batteries a couple of times, so maybe once a month.
