I've been searching for a non-prescription way to help deal with pain from various types of arthritis and fibromyalgia. I've been taking this product for about a month now and I really believe it helps. My pain medicine consumption has been dramatically reduced and I've even started exercising again.

A friend told me that this product was great for getting rid of that lactic acid after an intense workout. I decided to try it after I had a two-week hiatus from the gym; I usually feel sore for 2 to 3 days once I start working out again. I took 2 before and two after working out and I was greatly surprised to see that I was not sore after working out legs! I usually waddle around because of the soreness, but this time I was able to feel like I worked out without the crippling soreness. I workout 2 to 3 times per week and use it every time after working out now. Great product and the additional benefits that I read about this product is definitely an added bonus!

To be frank, there's not much of each ingredient in here. However, this was exactly what I was looking for. While not having the highest mgs per capsule (they can only squeeze so much per cap to be fair), it's got a good blend of mainstream and less so (Cissus) ingredient's that have been shown to have some kind of impact on joint health.So far I'm seeing similar relief of my minor joint paint (strain from working out) as I did on a 500 mg Cissus supplement.Extra star for having no preservatives or unnecessary fillers but I can't say it's an amazing value. I'll update if I see any change from my initial month's assessment,

I think it was working but by 2nd day I had allergic reaction (same as I do with fillers) - non listed on label. I cannot take stearates.

I have been taking these for about three weeks and I have had less pain in my hip, not sure if that is from the pills or my hip is giving me a break... we will see and I will come back to review later.
