My son and I love spending time together working on electronics and micro controller projects, and this set of potentiometers comes in very handy. You get a wide range of values, 2k, 5k, 10k, 20k, 50k and 100kOhm. The potentiometers are linear and the legs fit a standard breadboard so they are ideal for quick prototyping, no soldering needed. The tolerance of the resistance is about 10% which is normal for these and is usually not a problem. These can also be used to replace a broken potentiometers in electronic devices.
