Does any one use these gloves for cleaning and filleting and slicing fish? How well do they protect from pokes and cuts from fish teeth, etc?

Yes, that's is reason I bought these gloves. Cleaned several fish since I had them with no cuts. They're great for handling the fish like retrieving them from a live well or bucket. Even cleaned a couple of catfish, which are definitely hard to handle, with no cuts or pokes.

What is the ansi cut level on these gloves?

The Gloves are cloth with rubber coating on palms and fingers so not very high

Are these gloves puncture proof so hooks and fish fins aren't going through the glove?

Not puncture proof but puncture resistant. I have used them to remove hooks from bluefish and have not had any punctures from hooks or sharp teeth.

Are these gloves machine washable?

I use mine to pull fish off hook or out of net. When fish are caught fresh, no fish smell. Do wash them in river at the end of fishing.
