Didn't stay cool in an air-conditioned mall
It's not really "amazing."I used this liner in the stroller for the first time today (in about 80F weather), and it was fine at first. But then my baby fell asleep in the stroller when we were at an indoor mall. After about an hour, I picked her up and felt that her back was sweaty. Then I felt the liner and it was warm where she was sitting, emitting heat. And then I thought "Of course!" In some of the company's responses to these Amazon reviews, they say that the pad is not meant to have prolonged exposure to heat, and that if it's more than 86F outside, you should refrigerate it first. But out of necessity, the liner is going to have prolonged exposure to your child's +96F body. So your child's body heat gets absorbed by the liner, and the liner is unable to continue keeping your child cool. It's only good if your child is on the liner for a few minutes at a time, but certainly not for an hour. I decided to strap my daughter to me with a carrier and let the liner cool down again. After about another hour, it was cool enough to put her back in for our trip home. So, yeah, it's not magic, but it's also not even reasonably close to the claims that it will keep your baby from getting sweaty in mild temperatures. It's fine. Maybe not worth $50. If they could drop about $20 off the price, I'd say it's worth it.Also, for anyone checking, I used this in an Uppababy Vista. It fits perfectly.UPDATED 7/14/14: I've used this several more times since writing this review (in an Uppababy Vista and G-Luxe), and I stand by my rating. It keeps cool for a little while, but then absorbs the heat from my baby. And between her body and the stroller, there's nowhere for the heat to go. So she does eventually become more uncomfortable than with no liner at all. We just keep her on the Geleeo until it becomes too warm, and then we remove it. It's kind of a pain, but it cools down again after about half an hour and you can put it back in the stroller. (Alternately, you could just keep your baby/child out of the stroller for a while until it cools. But you'd have to do this every 40 minutes or so.)I also tried refrigerating it. When you do that, it can be uncomfortably cold for your baby at first, and the condensation is a bit much. So you have to set down a towel or something to absorb the moisture.I found that the best use for it is not in the stroller at all. On a warm day, we've had her nap on it (supervised). And since she moves around a bit, the heat doesn't get trapped, so it's been able to keep her cool only when laying it flat off of the stroller. But I'm still sticking with the 3-star rating because this just doesn't perform as claimed when using it as a stroller liner.

cooling pad
OK I like it. I use this plus a fan with foam blades and both seem to cool my baby in NYC heat. He doesn't seem as sweaty and grumpy in the stroller. the pad feels cool (not cold) to the touch - why I'm giving it 4 stars. I'd def buy it again. Using it in the uppababy vista without a problem. Haven't tried a car seat but in NYC you don't really use a car seat that often to start with. I will addend my review after I use this pad more.....Update. It's been less then a year and I took the pad out of storage. It's all bumpy and lumpy??!! Still seems cool but not sure I love the thought of my son laying on this all lumpy. Hence why I'm now making my review 3 stars.Update again: I contacted geleeo and the inventor actually lives near me in Manhattan so she came to my building and we swapped my old one for a new one. Talk about great service. They have a new manufacturer so hoping this new pad holds up. Upped my review to 4 stars because of the great service.

Love this product have recommended a few times over
I first purchased a "Meeno" Babies Universal stroller seat cover and came across this in the searches. I use them together the meeno on top of the geeleo, for now. It has profoundly cooled my baby and helped her be more content while in a carseat.I could turn up the air-conditioning but the back of her head and her back would be hot and sweaty. On longer trips I would have to stop and let her cool down. After much searching I came across these products and it has made a huge difference.I am using this in an infant car seat and although the products claim to be for larger chairs/strollers they work well in my Brittax car seat. When I first received the Geeleo in the mail I myself sat on it for five minutes. I could feel the seat cooling my legs and bottom. This is why I put the mesh Meeno seat on top of the Geeleo pad.One of the cons was I left the infant car seat in my vehicle and the Geeleo pad had warmed. I turned my vehicle on and bent the pad over away from the car seat to get the cool air on it (rather than unhooking it from the car seat). After this I figured lesson learned bring in the entire seat. My next purchase will be a Mommy's Helper Car Seat Sun Shade. Hopefully that will help; if I decide to leave the cart seat in the vehicle or when we upgrade to a larger carseat.I have purchased two of these geeleo pads. I met some of my family for dinner and the restaurant was hot. People were sweating. I have also purchased a cool as you go fan and with the combination of the Meeno mesh seat on top of the Geeleo and the Cool as you go fan my baby stayed cool and comfortable, so much so she napped. My relatives poor baby was sweating fussy and miserable. They had me purchase these three products for their baby that night. I would take my baby out of her seat from time to time to show and let them feel her back. Her back was warm however she was still comfortable and not sweating.I have and would recommend these products. Well worth the money for a cool happy comfortable baby. I have not had to stop to let her cool off on cartrips since purchasing the Geeleo. I love it!Further note:On the geeleo instruction manual it says the pad could be placed in a fridge for a half hour before being outside for a period of time. I haven't tried this yet but it is an option.

Save your money
My baby tends to run hot and gets sweaty in his car seat, so despite the high price of this item I gave it a try. It did not work. I used it on a mild day, high of 79 with low humidity, and had him in his seat for approximately three hours. During that time we were in the air conditioned car, an air conditioned restaurant, and walked around outdoors for no more than 30 mins total. By the time we got home my baby was dripping in sweat, and smelled from it (sweaty smell, which he has never had before). The back of the geleeo, the part against his back, was hot to the touch. It took over an hour for the pad to cool down again once back home (inside with the AC on, and removed from the car seat). I will not use this product again and feel it was a total waste of money, I regret buying it.
