Kool Collar - Small in Black (Includes one Kool tube)

I used these on my previous dog (he had a 16 inch neck) - size M - had to cinch it all the way to smallest setting to fit him.Purchased a size S this time (for my new dog) w a 12 inch neck. The collar itself fits fine, but there is only 7 inches of ice coverage - almost half the size of her actual neck. Knowing how quickly the ice melts - this is a disappointment. May return S for a M & sew it to fit so there is more ice coverage. What a hassle.

I got the small for our 15 lb. dog but the buckle doesnt accomadate for smaller dogs, its the same size as the large

These work great, only thing to keep in mind is the frozen inserts only last 20-30 minutes so definitely purchase additional inserts!

Ice melted really quickly in 90 degree plus temps. Was just warm water after being out just an hour.

terrible description! no, a "small" will not fit a 17" neck. fully extended and clasped the collar measures 14". so, to avoid strangling your pet, get a bigger collar. and, sadly you will have to guesstimate what the actual size will be. or you can buy a different product.

These are horrible. Very hard to put on and not nearly as thick as the one that originally came with the product.

I am never without these when I take my Westies out to the beach..great item.
