The kit contains four rings, and costs less than two bought individually. However, I'm guessing the two in the middle will actually be close to the right size for 80-90% of us. Also, I turned out to be exactly between those two. Had to order the in-between size separately. The rings are what counts, nothing else is particularly useful (I'm assuming 90% of American households have a tube of personal lubricant tucked away somewhere already). These rings work extremely well for me, but I did a lot of research before making a purchase. I have a particular type of ED common to long-term diabetes sufferers, and I find this more effective than even the prescription drugs! Also, I don't need the inflator, so these are ideal for treating my degree of ED. Do your homework, the rings alone may or may not be the remedy you're looking for, but if so, WOW!! Well worth the investment!

The rings are the important part of this package for me. And since you get four it’s cheaper than buying them separately. The loops make manual vs plastic cone applicator just as easy.Read the directions, do your homework, experiment, try them all until you find what works for you.I found one around the whole package along with one just on the shaft worked great.

Nice assortment of sizes - good quality. It will take some experimenting to determine the right size. They work well in maintaining an erection or for preventing stress incontinence during sex for men who have had a prostatectomy. Just remember you can only were it for 20 - 30 minutes at a time.
