fairly cheap quality, but the kit does contain the basics and is a really neat item to have if you wish to gather all of the stock components for your vehicle, these came with certain models of land cruiser and likely others as well, mine was missing so i ordered this up to put in the custom storage knock out for it, really nice to have the truck feel complete like this, the first aid supplies inside are fine for soccer practice and general first aid, but it's all stuff i wouldn't use if i was putting together a rugged kit, i already keep a medical kit that i put together in my SUV, i bought this more or less just for show, in that vein im very happy with it for the price, my medical kit that i put together cost somewhere in the neighborhood of a few hundred dollars, this kit is sufficient for the cost and you'll be happy enough if your expectations are inline with what this is, it's not something i'd rely upon in remote locations, use this for small problems with the kids in the drive way or the local park where real help and supplies are only around the corner.

I guess I didn't read the dimensions. It's smaller than I anticipated. My Corolla didn't come a first aid kit so I purchased this for my trunk. It's good to have. It contains many essentials. Nice feel to the case. It also has velcrow at the back so you can stick it to the wall of your truck leaving more space for other things.
