Excellent EQ for both bass and guitar. Wonderful to carve the perfect tone for your instrument. It's absolutely noiseless (compared to other EQs I used in the past). Aluminium case able to take lots of abuse and keep the weight to a minimum.There *one* drawback: the LEDs. I didn't really believe the other reviews stating they were ridiculously bright, but Sweet Juvenile Deity™ bright is an understatement. I'm sure you can get permanent eye damage if you stare at them too long. If you play in a dark stage/venue, it's the only thing you (and your audience) will see. The upside is that if your stage setup requires a blue flood light, this is a cheap and versatile option.

One of the best of EQ pedals and looks cool

I actually use this to filter out some noise coming into my amp and boost those high frequencies back on my amp equalizer and it sounds great
