Very bad and inaccurate
Inaccurate instrument, it sucks air while introducing the medical liquid to the syringe. Very loose, flaw in the design

I've been using it heavily for aquarium use and has held up fine for nearly a year now. Priced well under what retail stores charge.

Not so great
You need both your hands to use it when you pull in the medicine or juice. Once you pull in the liquid, it starts to drip drop by drop. Not sturdy.
