Works As advertised with Oculus Quest 2
As the description states, you get a decent quality 6m braided USBC to USBC cable, with a right angled connection for the headset end, a USBA converter, and a velcro strap to keep things tidy. It comes in a sturdy shrink wrapped box and appears to be a quality item. One thing to bear in mind, is that being a braded cable, it is fairly stiff, but looped through the rear headset strap, I don't notice this. Speed: As for the functionality, it worked out of the box giving 2.9 to 3.0 Gbit transfer speed on the Oculus USB test. This seems comparable to the Official cable speeds I see reported. Disconnects: So far, there have been no disconnects during use, and the throughput seems to be at least on par with my old Rift CV1, if not better, and of course at a higher screen resolution. Charging: I was warned by many reviews that only the official Link cable could charge the headset while in use. That is not the case. This cable happily charges while in use as a link, even when using heavily graphical apps such as flight simulators. The light always stayed on 100% while connected. Connection: Make sure you use a USB 3.1 connection or 3.2 if you have it, with a decent power output, not any old USB 3.0 for the best results. The USB connection to NVidia RTX 2800S USBC (VirtualLink) output or mainboard USBC Superspeed port - (both USB3.1.).

I bought this to replace my charging cable.
Ok so for context my old cable that came with my quest 2 broke and didnt work anymore so i bought this one and i have done nothing but plug it into my pc and started charging the quest 2. I have noticed that the charging is considerably slower the original charging cable had an avrig charge from 25%-80% of an hour and a half. I have had this one charging the headset for 3 hours know and it has charged from 25%-40% whit in that time (i am using the usb-c to usb-c with the usb adapter) Edit Ok so i have tested it on another quest 2 that was on 8% charge but this time i used the quest 2 charging plug and it has gone from 8%-38% within half an hour i do not believe it was the cable but the usb port i was using this could have scewd the results

Can confirm
I can confirm that this cable works with the quest and a pico 4 vr headset. It is a long cable and quite thick so it does not have alot of slack in the cable due to it being wrapped in braided material. The USB c to usb 2 adaptor that comes with it is rubbish. It fit looses in the port and does not keep connection. Luckily I have a USB c slot to use it with instead.

Average
Worked intermittently at first, seems to be ok now. Quality average. Now invested in a meta cable.

Not working with Oculus
Cable has good quality, specs, length but it's heavy and unfortunately constantly keeps disconnecting from pc. Returned and refunded. Bought Kiwi cable instead ( usb3 to usbc) for same price (5m) ...and have no issues since.

Good alternative to the expensive Oculus Link cable
Bought this 6m USB-C to USB-C cable from Amazon to connect an Oculus Quest 2 to my PC (i7-9700k / RTX3080 12GB / 64GB RAM) for VR flight simming (DCS World mostly) using Oculus Link. I figured the ยฃ90 or so official link cable is not any better. Works perfectly, over 2Gbps speed meaning no issue with head tracking or image smoothness and the 6m means it's plenty long enough. The cable itself seems well made and sturdy. Comes with USB3 adapter, but I don't need it it's a nice touch.

Picked this up for my Meta Quest and it's been great -- solidly built, no disconnect issues whatsoever, and the length is a real asset. VR cable length is one of those things you don't fully appreciate until you've been tethered too short and nearly yanked your headset off mid-game. This one gives you plenty of room to move. No complaints.

Not compatible with Quest 3, inability to link via USB 3/USB C to USB C of Meta Quest 3 Headset.
