Cross Stitch Cards 100

The designs in this book are unique, and pretty easy to follow. I’m so happy I purchased it. I can’t wait to get working on these Crosstitch cards! Thanks.

I wish there was a large variety of cards (for different occasions or just themes), but the ones they do have a just great! It even suggests different ways to "present" them (card colors, stitching, ways to cut the fabric). They have a lot of cute ones for babies and kids and it also shows you how to do different kinds of stitches. Just remember you don't have to necessarily do a card, you can stitch them unto a blanket, a hat, a towel....etc...etc

I absolutely love this book. It's one of the best cross stitch pattern books I've ever bought, and I have been cross stitching for over 20 years. Not only does it have great patterns, there is additional information about making cards and so forth that I just haven't seen any where else.I will be on the lookout for other Joanne Sandersen products in the future.

This book exceeded my expectations. It has nice designs for all occasions AND it shows you how to put your designs on scrapbook paper or card stock to dress them up. It has many beautiful examples to follow. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for ideas and nice designs for making counted cross stitch cards.

A nice selection of card designs, including a Christening/Baptism one, which is why I bought it. Designs include some using metallic floss, beads, and/or partial stitches.The publisher is British so some of the materials may need to be substituted if you're in another ocuntry.

Was having a problem finding a reasonably priced copy of this book. Book arrived in perfect condition and I was really really happy with the price. It has a lot of great quick patterns quick in it. It was purchased as a gift and the recipient was thrilled with it. Great book.

I love this book! I can't understand why there is a one star review. This book is exactly what I wanted. There are so many cute designs in so many themes. There are birthday designs, fathers days, Mother's Day, new baby, retirement, Christmas, honestly any card you could need.

Really simple illustrations, easy to follow. Nice designs. I've already done a few for friends and made into cards. Great. My only critique is to avoid stereotypes where possible or give alternatives. (For example pink dress with pink ribbons and shoes for new born girls and blue for boys etc. Some gender neutral designs would be awesome!)

Lovely cards for every occasion with clear instructions. Finished my first card and very pleased with the result.

Very American! Very few of these are appropriate in the UK, rather cutesy pictures.

This is a really lovely book, but if you make and sell for charity the designs are copyright!

I have used this book so much. It is an excellent book for when you want to make a quick cross stitch card. The cards are suitable for every level of cross stitcher from beginner to advanced. The designs are lovely and the book gives you ideas how to make up the cards and embellish them.A book that I will keep returning to time and time again.
