Q: It says 2 codes. How do i know i get the larger 20 inch one?

they vary in size due to the natural shape of the wood. these tables are beautiful in my living room, just large enough to put a lamp and picture frame on.

Q: Do I get 2 tops, one small and the other larger? It says there's 2 sizes but no option to order one or the other.

Only one top comes. It’s a very nice table. Very small coffee table or very large end table.

Q: Does it come pre drilled for the legs ?

No, but they are not hard to drill with a drill
