Using these for homemade vanilla extract and super happy with the product. They are extremely fresh and smell incredible. They were easy to slice open and the packaging was right on for 12 4 ounce bottles at 0.5 ounces each! Very pleased with the product.

These beans were excellent. The minute I opened the package I could tell they were excellent beans because of their fragrance. I know my homemade vanilla will be much more flavorful this time because the beans are much better quality.

Look good. Using for extract. Make sure you weigh them for extract. They are a little small. But Madagascar are thinner and shorter than some others.

I bought two packages of the 50 count, and was a little disappointed by the weight. I was expecting it to be a 1 oz more per package (my picture with the weight includes the plastic packaging). I what specifically looking to buy vanilla beans by weight, so it would have been nice if it was explicitly written that the weight was an estimate and the number of beans was the deciding factor on how big the package was. But overall they smell really nice. I sliced them open and there was a ton of caviar in it. I'm really excited to make vanilla extract out of this.
