Every once in a while, I get the idea in my head that a spot of yoga meditation might be an easy way for me to improve my general fitness. Unfortunately, my plans never seem to get beyond the 'shelling out for something online that might’ve been useful – if only my enthusiasm hadn’t deserted me long before it could be delivered' stage.This box of incense sticks did originally fit into that category. It actually consists of 12 smaller individual boxes, each holding 12 sticks of incense sealed in their own plastic wrapper.It’s smartly presented, certainly, and the scent is exotic, mysterious and distinctive.I must’ve thought that scent would help to relax my mind and assist in mediation. The only problem is, it does tend to relax my mind just a tad too much: with the result that I’m generally left to discuss my meditative plans directly with the Sandman. Hence, I now find myself lighting them only really when I’ve got some serious household smells to hide.This recent warm weather, together with a bin I’d neglected for so long it had metamorphosed into a murderously malodorous new life-form, is precisely the sort of thing I’m talking about.One or two of my sticks have so far proved slightly difficult to light but, by gum, when the mood takes them they burn with gusto.A word of warning, however: one stick in isolation produces a good bit of sweet-smelling smoke; two smouldering along together makes it look as if you’re ready to announce the next Pope.

I've been burning Nag Champa for many years and usually love them but these are next to useless. I'm burning two at once to compensate but the smell is still weak and not a lot like the real thing. Very, very, disappointed.

OK nag champagne is awesome the aroma is my favourite but I must say for the first time the boxing received didn't light well or at all hence no 5stars. But I honestly think a few of the boxes inside were just a bad batch but don't be put off this brand as I've used them for 20yrs and this is only time I've had problem.

These incense sticks smell terrible, they are not the real thing at all. I have bought Nag Champa sticks from another seller on Amazon which were sooooo much better. Not only are there only two sticks per box, but they smell so bad I am going to have to throw them out.
