Excellent value beginner pedal
This pedal is fantastic value for money, which should probably be the only reason you buy this. There are obviously much, much better bass pedals out there, but in terms of cost vs perfomarnce, this can't really be beaten.Things I like about this pedal:It's cheap as anythingWorks great for practices and rehearsalsSuper lightweight and portableThe beater isn't terribleThings I don't like:The spring, it worked okay but felt very cheap - I recommend replacing with something a bit beefier.The footplate on mine has a bit of a rattle to it.Overall, I would recommend this pedal based on both it's cost and as a beginner/entry-level kick pedal. If you're after an upgrade I would look for something more substantial like an Iron Cobra.
