Pastor Dale Beaver has done an excellent job of revealing the insights of Jesus, with a fans point of view, in every day life applications as related to NASCAR and the many personalities involved in it.The Bible references are a great help and provide great understanding and meaning to God's Word. I am sorry that it is limited to twenty-five short chapters (days). I am sure he has some great stories to relate to with his sermons.

Before the Thunder Rolls: Devotions for NASCAR Fans by Dale Beaver, was great! It compares the gospel and Christian life to a race. Dale was a chaplain for the NASCAR drivers and talks about his experiences with them. A must read for anyone.

Bought as a gift for my son's 21st birthday. He loved it.
