I haven't flossed in 26 years since using this item. Removes every food particle in-between teeth every try. Easy to use and HIGHLY recommend them! Even my dentist was impressed! I use one after eating anything. I carry one on me, one in the car, one in my wife's purse and one by my recliner. Even if I eat a piece of cheese, I will use one! After EVERYTHING I eat! Massages the gums surrounding the teeth to add better oral hygiene!
