Medium fits chest sizes 31-38 inches. Large fits chest sizes 38-43.5 inches. How to put it on: Place ends of the harness through the O ring so that the velcro hooks on the outside. It will create two arm loops. Put the harness on by slipping each arm through the loop (like putting on a jacket).
