Great for pizza, also Pepperoni. Fresh and well packaged. I highly recommend it.

Some of it Taste very good
The cheese taste very good and melts well on pizza.I would have give the cheese 5 stars if it was easier to shred.The cheese is very good if sliced or cut up, when you try to shred it, it comes off it little chunks.So, slice it and enjoy it.Update 11/5/2014 I ordered two of the 2 packs, each block has a slightly different taste, each pack seems to have a different amount of liquid in the pack and it seems like the packs with the most liquid in it taste better and is easier to grate/slice.

This dairy product was in my mailbox locker for a day and a half rather that being shipped to the porch. .Needless to say it was a melt down.
