• The system comes with one 1" webbing strap with built-in handles and integrated foot loops, one 1" Anywhere-Anchor-Cam-Buckle-Strap with built in Door Anchor. Simply use the Cam Buckle at the Anywhere-Anchor-Cam-Buckle-Strap to set the desired height of the system. You also receive a drawstring bag to store your workout system. • This is a complete system.
