How long for curing? How to clean any surplus?

Surplus cleans up very easily with a damp cloth and then wipe off any residue after 24hrs. Mine cured in 24 hours. This product gets a lot of stick (excuse pun) but it did exactly what I wanted it to. Hope this helps.

Can the syringe and applicator tip be cleaned for repeat use at a later time after being filled with fix-a-floor adhesive? If so, how please?

Yep. You just need to make sure you clean it after use so it doesn’t get all gummed up. Cleans east with soapy water squirted thru the tip

Can this product be used on vinyl flooring

Hi, The Syringe can be used to inject adhesive into Vinyl flooring. This is just an applicator syringe that some people use to apply Fix-A-Floor for loose & Hollow flooring, so it doesn't include any adhesive with the syringe itself. If you are repairing small bubbles in the vinyl use a fast drying adhesive. Fix-A-Floor can take 24 hours to cure and is extremely fluid. It has been designed that way so that it can flow freely underneath loose & Hollow flooring and fill any entire voids. This syringe applicator can and is used by customers to apply all sorts of adhesives in hard-to-reach areas. The good thing is that it has an extra-long flat-end, steel syringe tip needle, another small 14 gauge applicator as well as a cap to preserve any unused adhesive in-between uses
