Keewah Small Cooling Rack 2 Pack - 9.1 x 6.5 inches - Chrome Plated 7.9" Half Round Silver

I bought these because i hated the 2 sided little rack that came in my air fryer, stoff would fall off the sides and the "feet" would get in the way. I measured my air fryer and bought these for a perfect fit, and now it's easy to use my air fryer, and stuff doesn't fall off the sides any more.

I like to dry brine beef before cooking it (salting beef and letting it stay in the fridge overnight to remove unwanted moisture, tenderize, and seasoning it throught). This method works much better if air is able to circulate around the entire piece of beef. If I'm just dry brining a filet mignon, new york strip or a ribeye, this allows me to do so without taking a larger cooling rack / larger cookie sheet (to catch unwanted moisture) and ultimately saving a lot of space using these racks and a plate that is much smaller.

I put them in the bottom of a 9 inch bucket, l use them to clean my paint brushes in oderless paint thinner

I use this in my air fryer as I find cleaning the air pan is a chore. I also cut a round piece of parchment paper to catch drippings under the rack and "pam" the rack for easier cleaning.

These were bought to put in fruit bowls to keep watermelon and other fruits out of the liquid. Finding the correct size was the biggest problem. These work great for us.
