what is the difference between this and the blurring moisturizing one and how do you know what shade?

First Light is non-tinted primer & sheer illuminizer all in one. Instantly illuminate the look of skin while creating a gorgeous, smooth base for makeup. Golden, light-infused pigments give skin a glowy, “filter-like,” reflective quality. We recommend using one at a time, but you do you. If you choose to use them together, layer on First Light first then apply your preferred Filter Primer (Cosmos, Magic Hour, Sunrise, Luna).
