Yes, I have a TCL 40FS3750 with a 100 X 150 VESA pattern, and it fit perfectly.

Q: I already have this mount installed on the wall. i am ordering a 75 inches tv which has 82 ibs weight and 400x400 vesa. may i use this for this tv?

Dear Reza. Thank you for the recent purchase and contacting us regarding the Mounting Dream mount. We understand and we're glad to help. Unfortunately sorry to hear but the MD2379 is only rated up to 55" inches maximum, not safe/recommended for a 75" inch large TV. For large TV, we highly recommend using a dual arm with dual wood studs support for weight and movement. Thank you!

Q: Can you move the tv left and right to offset or center the tv using this wall mount ? The stud is 2 inches off center between two windows.

Yes. I had the same situation and because of the articulating arms, I was able to center the tv with no compromise of its sturdiness.

Q: Will this provide accessibility for the inputs for a samsung ln-t4081f with vesa 200 x 200?

We found that the samsung ln-t4081f has VESA size 600 x 400mm, weights 65.7 lbs without stand. And the MD2379 fits up to 400mm x 400mm VESA combinations able to support up to 99 lbs. maximum weight. (dual arm, single stud) It is sorry that the MD2379 is not suitable for your TV. We may recommend the following model for your reference: MD2298 fits up to 600mm x 400mm VESA combinations able to support up to 132 lbs. maximum weight.
