present for one of the boys. Elec motor wouldn't work. Have a current situation, with trying to return. Not very helpful in handling return. No communications through amazon

Didn’t start to use it until a few days ago, and we couldn’t get the damn thing to work! Had issues with placement of little metal thingies as the instructions weren’t that clear, at least not to an old fart like me. Dumped it on my nephew to figure out, but he couldn’t either.
