I noticed this working on day one, and I thought that was strange for a probiotic. Perhaps it crippled some pathogen that was bugging me. Anyway, now several days later, and I notice this seems to make the big emotional waves somewhat smaller and easier to handle.

It helped me sleep better at night there by improving mood as well. i think by increasing seratonin made by the gut.

Great for the gut and increase energy level!
I started this product and also Renew Life Everyday Ultimate Flora Probiotic 15 Billion Live Cultures at the same time. I read about them in a magazine and they were recommended as good for the gut. I didn't notice any difference for the first two weeks. I then noticed that I had much more energy! I ran out of them for a couple of weeks and noticed a big difference. I had very little energy. I am not back on them both again and very thankful.

Positive Impact as Part of Protocol
Used this as part of a regiment for treating gut dysbiosis. Overall I definitely saw an improvement in cognitive function and emotional state, so much that I was able to transition off of heavy duty prescription meds. I can't attribute success purely to this product, but between the positive impact I experienced and the research backing these 2 probiotic strains I would recommend this as a part of treatment protocol.

I feel much much better taking these and have had no side effects
I took an antibiotic several months ago that started anxiety and panic attacks for the first time in my life. I researched for a lengthy time before going with this strain of probiotic. Different probiotics work differently in the body. This brand had two strains that work on gut health that controls neurotransmitters in your gut. It works. I feel much much better taking these and have had no side effects.

it's ok, but didn't notice a difference.When i first took probiotics, i did notice a difference (not this brand), but it has been years since i started taking them... no difference with this one. I try a lot of different probiotics and the only one I thought gave me a different/better mood was luvbug "yeast is a beast" probiotics.
