I have taken this product and have not received quite the results that I have expected, however I am sure it has the capability to help over a period of time.

Didn't see any change.

I've bought it a couple of times and I feel a difference. I'm enjoying it gives me lots of energy, didn't expect it to.

this product lists the strength as 700 mgs. The actual per pill strength is 350. Their web site does not clearly list the strength in an effort to mislead the buyer. When you enlarge the picture of the product, the only indication of strength is 700 mg. the part that lists this as requiring 2 pills is not shown. This is a deliberate attempt to mislead the public. You are better off purchasing one of the competing products that accurately list strength. They are all a better buy.

I have taken Cree Phyto-Ceramides for well over a year. Even though I am definitely in the "old age" category (over 70), my skin is in remarkable condition! The only lines I have on my face are the "smile lines". I have no lines at the corner of my eyes or on my forehead. Even my neck is smooth! I might add that unfortunately I have had a lot of sun exposure in my life. Although I do use other skin products, I truly feel that taking Cree Phytoceramides has aided my skin condition a great deal and would definitely recommend it to others.

I was taking a different brand a phytoceramides and I wasn't happy with them, I thought phytoceramides just didn't work so I quit taking them. After a couple of months my skin started feeling really super dry and itchy, so I realized phytoceramides really do work, it's just that the other brand wasn't quite doing it for me. Then I found Cree phytoceramides and I liked the idea of taking 700mg and day, the other brand was half that amount. After a month I could tell a difference in my skin, the itching stopped too, and the price is very reasonable.

I faithfully used the whole bottle - did not feel any difference whatsoever.

Took 2 pills daily as instructed now for only 1 month; pills a little large but are easy to swallow. See improvement in complexion.. During recent appointment, doctor keep staring at me then finally stated "you look different, better and glowing". Only change in lifestyle was this product. 61 years old, people always think I am at least 10 years younger. Also brittle nails seem to be harder. I would recommend product and continue to purchase.
